Q: How do I change the time and date on my Samsung Digital Phone?
A: With the handset hung up, press the transfer button and “200.” Enter the pass code “1234.” Use the volume up button to select “enable.” Then press the speaker button and enter “505” to view the date & time. Copy the first seven numbers from the top line to the second line and enter the current time in military time (1p.m. would be 1300, etc.). Then press the transfer button when you are done.

Q: My GE Security keypad has a red light under "Fire" and it won't stop beeping. What should I do?
A: Press *7, if you are prompted to enter your password do so.
Q: How do I stop my Samsung phone from playing music over the speaker phone?
A: Press the "Hold" and that should stop the music. If that doesn't work give us a call and we will be glad to help!
Q: Can I pay an invoice over the phone?
A: Absolutely, just call and ask for Amy at extension 205.
Q: I get a certificate error when I try to connect to Remote Web Workplace what can I do?
A: Try restarting the remote computer. If that doesn't work make sure you have the proper certificates and try installing them again.
